About Dormehl Construction
Dormehl Construction was established in 1998 in Paarl with a small team of labourers and a foreman, and has since grown into one of the largest residential development companies in Cape Town's Northern Suburbs. The company is NHBRC registered and a member of MBA Boland, building its reputation on staying within budget while delivering beyond expectation on quality.
Led by Leonard Dormehl, the company specialises in new home construction, alterations and renovations, backed by full construction consulting from concept through to completion. Many of the speculative homes Dormehl has built were sold through Lhemrod Properties, a sister company.
