About Evemohlo Trading and Projects
Evemohlo Trading and Projects is a 100% Black female-owned civil, structural and plumbing contractor established in Pretoria Central in 2015, led by Phineas Moimane. The company holds B-BBEE Level 1 Contributor status and has delivered water, stormwater, roads, paving and building work for public and private clients across Gauteng -- including the Soshanguve Secure Centre for Gauteng Province Social Development and the Father Smangaliso Mkhatshwa Child and Youth Care Centre.
Evemohlo's plumbing team is IOPSA registered and has handled everything from commercial installations and pressurised water systems to tricky leak-repair jobs -- including replacing an old, leaking galvanized pipe at a Pretoria CBD museum, working at height in a tight storeroom space over ten days to protect the museum's stored items from further water damage.
With branches in Pretoria Central, Pretoria North and Soshanguve, the team covers everything from bulk water infrastructure and road construction to paving, waterproofing and building renovations for schools, clinics and community facilities.
