About Gauteng Piling
Gauteng Piling is a Fourways-based foundation and piling specialist founded in 1996 by Nico Maas, a former President of both MBA North and Master Builders South Africa. The family business also includes Hettie Maas in administration and Eulalia Maas in accounting.
Over nearly three decades, Gauteng Piling has completed more than 1,950 piling contracts using 15 tyre-mounted auger rigs recognised as world leaders in the field -- including the foundations for Mall of Africa in Midrand, the Fourways Mall expansion, the Market Theatre complex, Cresta Shopping Centre, and government and hospitality projects across the country.
