About TVM Developers and Reality Estate
TvM Developers & Reality Estate is a 100% black-owned construction company founded in 2005 by Tim Mashifane, based in Pretoria and a member of the Master Builders Association North.
The company started as a subcontractor to firms including Multicon, Cosmopolitan housing projects, and Maree and Roberts Projects, and has since grown into a main contractor working directly for government, private and essential-services clients.
TvM Developers handles residential, commercial and industrial developments, with Tim and the team bringing two decades of construction experience to projects across Pretoria and Gauteng.
