One all-inclusive fee, deducted from TruePro sourced customer's (protected) payment before you receive your payout. You do not pay a fee when your direct customers pay you directly or when you use our tools to manage your team, business or customers. The fee covers:
- Card processing (Visa & Mastercard)
- Instant EFT processing
- Payment protection — your customer's funds are held safely until you complete the job
- Payment release to your bank account
- Job guarantee — if an issue is reported, we review evidence and rule fairly
