Roof Painting in Grassy Park

Location

Grassy Park, Cape Town, Western Cape

Description

Good evening. I have an emergency roof job in Grassy Park that needs immediate attention. I need you to come out to the property to inspect and assess what work needs to be done, then provide me with a quote based on your findings. The roof is concrete or cement tiles and is currently in poor condition with cracked or broken tiles. There are already known leaks happening. The roof is very steep with dangerous access, and the house is three storeys or more, which will affect how you access and work on it. Once you've inspected the roof, I'll need you to handle both waterproofing and repainting work. Please come assess the full scope of the damage and let me know what it will cost to fix.
