Review submission window
After a job is complete and payment is released, you have 14 days to submit a review for the tradesperson. This guide explains how the window works and what happens if you miss it.
When does the window open?
The review window opens when one of the following happens:
- You confirm that the job is complete, or
- The 2-business-day auto-release period passes without an issue being reported
At that point, a "Leave a review" link appears on your job page and on your account dashboard.
How long do I have?
You have 14 days from when the window opens. The closing date is shown on the review form so you know exactly when it expires.
What happens if I miss the window?
After 14 days, the review window closes permanently. You will no longer be able to submit a review for that job. The "Leave a review" link will disappear from your job page.
This limit exists to keep reviews timely and relevant — reviews submitted weeks or months after a job may not accurately reflect the experience.
Can I edit a review after submitting?
No. Once submitted, reviews cannot be edited or withdrawn by the customer. If you believe a review you submitted contains an error, contact support@truepro.co.za.
Can I submit more than one review per job?
No. Each customer can submit one review per job. If you have already reviewed a job, the form will not be shown again.
