Compliance certificate registry and expiry alerts

The certificate registry gives you a single view of every compliance certificate across all your completed jobs — with automatic expiry tracking so nothing slips through the cracks.

Where to find it

Go to Certificates in your dashboard navigation (visible to owners and dispatchers). The page lists every job that has a compliance certificate attached, sorted by expiry date.

Uploading a certificate with an expiry date

When you upload a compliance certificate on a completed job's detail page, you can now also record:

• Certificate type — ECOC (Electrical), Gas CoC, Plumbing CoC, LPG Certificate, Solar/PV Certificate, or Other.
• Expiry date — the date the certificate expires. Not all certificates expire, so this is optional.

Expiry status indicators

• Red — certificate has already expired.
• Amber — certificate expires within the next 30 days.
• Grey — valid, or no expiry date recorded.

Expiry alerts

TruePro automatically sends an email alert to the business owner 30 days and 7 days before a certificate is due to expire, giving you time to schedule a renewal visit.

Filtering the registry

You can filter by:

• Certificate type — e.g. show only ECOC certificates.
• Customer / client name — search by customer name.
• Expiry status — expired, expiring in 30 days, or expiring in 90 days.

Downloading a certificate

Click Download next to any certificate to download it directly. You can also navigate to the job page to view the full job context.
