Your saved addresses
TruePro lets you save your property addresses so you can post a job request in seconds — no need to re-enter your location each time. This article explains how to manage your saved addresses.
Why save an address?
When you post a job request, TruePro uses your address to find verified pros who cover your area. Saving your address means it is pre-filled the next time you post a job, which speeds up the process significantly. You can save multiple addresses — useful if you manage more than one property.
Adding a saved address
- Go to Account settings.
- Select the Addresses tab.
- Click Add address.
- Enter your street address, suburb, city, and province, then click Save.
You can also add a new address directly from the job request form by selecting Add a new address in the location dropdown. The address is saved to your account automatically.
Editing or deleting a saved address
- Go to Account settings → Addresses.
- Click Edit next to the address you want to change, or Delete to remove it.
- Deleting an address does not affect any existing job requests linked to that address — those retain their original location details.
Body corporate or sectional title properties
If your property is in a body corporate complex, you can add a unit number in the address notes field. This helps the tradesperson find you on the day. Your street address is only shared with a pro once you accept their quote — see Address privacy for more.
How many addresses can I save?
There is no limit to the number of addresses you can save. Each address is labelled by its street address and suburb, and you choose which one to use when posting each new job.
