On marketplace jobs (work posted through TruePro, rather than your own customer) a customer's payment goes into a protected holding account the moment they pay — it's already committed, not sitting in their bank account waiting for an invoice. The moment they confirm the job is complete, funds are released to you automatically, or after 7 days if they don't respond. For your own customers, this protection is entirely optional — invoice and get paid however already works for you, or turn on the same protection if you want it. Either way, credit-term invoices chase themselves: automatic reminders and an overdue notice, until they're paid.
Guaranteed payment on marketplace jobs
Once a customer pays for a marketplace job, the money is held securely and they can't withdraw it. It's released to you the moment the work is confirmed complete — or automatically after 7 days.
